  • Monday-Friday with weekend rotation
  • OT may be available
  • Recent Medicare Home Health experience required. Must have post-op surgical HH exp (i.e. ortho & general).
  • Years of experience REQ: 2 years
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Weekend REQ: 5 weekend shifts every 6 weeks
  • Ratios: 1:27-30 cases a day
  • Is on-call REQ? Yes
  • Float: Yes - required to float to all four hospitals. Travelers will have a home base but could float to any and all Cape Canaveral, Holmes Regional, Palm Bay, or Viera.

    • Locals accepted: Y - same rate as travelers.
    • RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission. RTO will not be accepted after offer.
    • Guaranteed Hours: Contracted hours guaranteed.
    • Scrubs: Any solid color
    • Special Requirements: 2 references from authority figures (Managers, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director) within LAST YEAR must be included with submission
    • Flu vaccine required 10/31-3/31 -- Medical/Religious Exemptions ONLY.
