growth initiatives and shape the future of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and test new growth opportunities across products and
channels
Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution,
driving performance marketing and conversion optimization
Build scalable systems and frameworks to support growth and
maintain accountability through regular progress reporting
Required Qualifications
Proven track record as a founder, co-founder, or early-stage team
member in growth-led companies
5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing with expertise in
performance marketing on Google Ads and Meta Ads
Demonstrated operational excellence and ability to handle ambiguity
with a test-and-learn mindset
Strong commercial mindset focusing on profitability metrics as key
performance indicators
Technical proficiency in Google Workspace, Google Analytics 4,
Klaviyo, Shopify, and A/B testing tools
