Job Description:
A company is looking for a Wellbeing Implementation Specialist
to manage client onboarding and satisfaction during the
implementation process.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main client contact during the implementation process,
ensuring satisfaction and product configuration
Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic goals and
educate clients on product usage
Identify trends in client experiences for operational enhancements
and transition responsibilities to the Account Manager
post-launch
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3+ years of Software Implementation or equivalent work
experience
Experience in the wellbeing industry preferred but not required
BA/BS degree or related equivalent experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across
departments
Willingness to learn about new products, features, and
functionality
