Job Description:

A company is looking for a Clinical Assistant II to support the Genetic Counseling team in patient care and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between departments to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes
Support data collection for internal projects and coordinate student rotation schedules
Manage clinical assistant-specific duties, including scheduling appointments and tracking results

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in biology or related field preferred
2-3 years of professional experience in biotech, life sciences, or a related industry is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Compliance with HIPAA/PHI privacy regulations is necessary
