our patients.While working as a Grad Intern under the direct
supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you play a critical role in
ensuring a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment that

verificationPrimary Roles and Responsibility:A key component of the
Grad Intern role is keeping your customers and patients healthy
through adoption and management of patient care programs.
Additionally, you will:Lead with Heart - display empathy and

on your teamSupport your Pharmacy manager in motivating, inspiring,
and developing their Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing

prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS
HealthRequired Qualifications:PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited
program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS
Health0-3 years prior relevant work experienceMust possess or be in
process of obtaining a valid Pharmacist intern and/or technician
licensure as required by state BOPStrong verbal, non-verbal and
written communication skillsComplete all required training within
state guidelines and required timeframeAbility to:Have regular and
predictable attendance, including nights and weekendsBe mobile and
remain upright for extended periods of timeLift, scan, and bag
itemsFinger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise
working primarily with fingers rather than whole hand or armReach
overhead; able to stretch or reach out with the body, arms, and/or
legs to grasp itemsExtend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions to
place, move, or lift itemsPrecision control: able to adjust
machines to exact positionsStoop to a considerable degree and
requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles to
move items between low and high positions, including bending spine
at the waistVisual Acuity: Close visual acuity to perform
activities such as: transcribing, viewing a computer terminal,
reading, visual inspection involving small partsAble to orally
communicate information and instructions to colleagues and
customersOccasional lifting of up to 20 lbs; exerting up to 20 lbs.

eligibility3-5 years prior relevant work experienceProficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Once
state regulations are met, Grad interns should be striving to
provide patient immunizations as this is an essential pharmacist
functionPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$30.00 -
