Key Responsibilities
Oversee development and optimization of IT processes based on
industry frameworks
Ensure consistent quality and delivery of IT services while
managing service level agreements
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within
the team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership
role
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; Master's degree
is preferred
Proficient in desktop tools including MS Office programs
Extensive knowledge within IT operations and related
disciplines
Experience in managing budgets and strategic planning
